Go down and absorb the Castlevania Order of Ecclesia glyph nitesco.png Nitesco glyph from the Nova Skeleton if you haven't already done so. At the bottom, you can either go left and face two Gashidas or down and face two Gurkha Masters. The Gashida's breath attack can apply the stone status effect. The bottom room has a chest. Both rooms will lead to another vertical room. To the left is a room that has many flame pillars that shoot out from the walls and floor. At the end is a Castlevania Order of Ecclesia glyph vol ignis.png Vol Ignis glyph that you can absorb to make the flames go away. Go back to the previous room and continue down. Go right and the path splits again, but both rooms lead to another vertical room. The bottom room has a red chest that contains a Castlevania Order of Ecclesia item mp max up.png MP Max up. The right room connects to a top room that has a red chest containing Castlevania Order of Ecclesia item mercury boots.png Mercury Boots. Halfway down the vertical room, there is a warp room to the left and at the bottom, a save room to the left. To the right is one last room that leads to the boss.

Boss: Blackmore

Attacks
  • Claw attack (jump to avoid)
  • Fires beam out of it's mouth (jump to avoid)
  • Shoots fireballs from above that are concentrated in one area (move closer to Blackmore)
  • Shoots fireballs from above that are spread out (stand between the fireballs)

Blackmore attacks with his large monstrous shadow. The Nitesco glyph is an effective attack because he is weak to both flame and light attacks. If you have an Onyx Pin, you can equip it to reduce darkness damage. When Blackmore loses half of his health, he will say "That was quite entertaining" and start attacking faster. If you defeat him without taking damage, a blue chest will appear that contains a Castlevania Order of Ecclesia item medal.png Blackmore Medal.
