Amaze is the weakest of the Spirit family of monsters. They appear near Vault, Vale, and Lunpa. An even weaker version is seen in Sol Sanctum. They drop Oil Drops, but rarely.

Creepers are the middle member of the Spirit family of monsters. These appear inside Tret in Kolima Forest. It uses Douse, and a monster skill called Rumble. It sometimes drops the Weasel Claw.

The Will Head is the lowest "Head." They can be found in Goma Cave and Kolima Forest. Once in a while, they drop Smoke Bombs.

The Death Head is the middle child of the Head family. It's far stronger than its weaker counterpart. It deals wind damage with Slash at times. They're found in Mogall Forest, the overworld map of Xian, Altin, and Lama Temple. At times, they drop Nuts.

The strongest member of the Heads, though it doesn't have that in its name. It can cast Tundra and Blue Bolt, though it can only perform it once. Oddly, it has less PP than the Death Head. It can be found at Babi and Venus Lighthouses.

Ghosts are the first member of the unusually large Ghost family that are encountered. It's only attack is a monster ability called Rumble. It is fought in Goma Cave and on the overworld near Bilibin and Kolima. Sometimes it will cough up an Oil Drop.

Unlike the weaker Ghost, the Ghost Mage possesses a number of Psynergy attacks, including Spire and Whirlwind. They can only be found in the optional Djinn-related Vale and Vault Caves. Once in a while, it'll drop a Bramble Seed.

The Horned Ghost is the strongest member of its family that can be fought in random encounters. They have mostly water-based attacks, like Ice Horn and Hail Prism. It's only found in the Babi and Venus Lighthouses. Rarely, they drop Elixirs.

The Lich is a one-time fight and is only seen on Crossbone Isle as a sub-boss for the third floor. It can cast Revive on the minions that fight with it, and it's primary offense is to inflict a half dozen different kinds of status effects. It always drops a Psy Crystal.

Zombies are among the weakest of undead monsters, and are commonly seen in the area near Vale, Vault, Lunpa, Bilibin, and Kolima, as well as inside Goma Cave. Consider yourself lucky if it drops an Herb.

Undeads are a bit stronger, but far less common than the Zombie. They "exude the Smell of Decay", an ability which can lower attack, and also possess the ability to bring more Undead into battle through the use of "Look for Allies." They are only found near Kalay and in Vale Cave. Sometimes it'll cough up an Antidote.

Wights are the strongest form of Zombie, and continue the pattern of getting gradually rarer, this time only being found in Altmiller Cave. It has "Smell of Decay" and a newer skill called "Rotten Blood" which lowers defense. Once in a while, it will drop an Elixir.

The Skeleton is the bones of a warrior, still wearing some of the clothing. Its trademark skill is the Bone Charge, an attack dealing a good bit of damage. Can be found near Bilibin and Kolima, and inside the Goma Cave and Fuchin Temple's test. It drops Herbs a bit more often than Zombies.

Bone Fighters are the next step up from Skeletons. This time, it has the Undead Sword ability, which can be quite deadly. Bone Fighters appear near Altin, Xian, and Lama Temple, and in the Mogall Forest and Fuchin Temple's Cave alongside its weaker cousin. On occasion, it drops a Sleep Bomb.

Skull Warriors are the strongest Skeletons and among the top tier of undead monsters. It once again picks up the Bone Charge technique, and is found in the Babi and Venus Lighthouses. It drops the relatively valuable Vial.

Nightmares are the second form of Siren and the strongest that an be encountered at random. They have Fireball and Shine Plasma attacks, and can also Bind party members, preventing them from using psynergy. Nightmares are found at the Suhalla Gate, and in Babi Lighthouse and Venus Lighthouse's early parts. They drop the Healing Ring sometimes, which is one of the better drops.

The Succubus is the strongest in the Siren line. It acts as a sub-boss in Crossbone Isle on the second floor. Hail Prism and Wind Slash are two psynergy techniques that it uses. It drops Crystal powder upon defeat.

Ghouls are horrible creatures that will devour anything. It looks like it was captured at some point, but managed to escape. Its attack, Cannibal Fang, implies this nature. It is only found in Bilibin Cave on the way to Imil, and drops Antidotes.

An even more disgusting creature than the first Ghoul. It possesses the ability to "look for Allies," so it can call more Cannibal Ghouls in. This one is just as rare as the first, only appearing at the Suhalla Gate. Once in a while an Antidote will drop from it.
