There aren't any new enemies here. Go all the way down the ramps and pick up the chest for a Gumdrop, then go south-west, south-east, south, then south again. If you try to move down here Niccolo will rush into you and sell you an important item for 50 lucre - the Cactus Essence. Once he's gone head down and plant it in the pot in the area to venture into your Hothouse. Check out here for more information about the Hothouse. When you're done, go back north-west, go right and pick up the chest for a Gumdrop, then go north-east, then north.
