Look around for a dynamo that looks like two tires put side by side. When it is red, and there is an icon with a human figure, press {{gc|A}} to possess it. While inside, press {{gc|A}} repeatedly to do generate enough electricity to power the lights in the room. Dispossess it with {{gc|B}} then possess the mop bucket. After that, possess one of the paint cans on the shelves by the door and press {{gc|A}} repeatedly to puff up and explode paint all over the wall. You should at least get a new objective and a security code for the locked door on the level above. Go to the door an look to the left of it. There is a keypad.
