Recommended Car

A-Spec choices
  • Zonda R '09 fully upgraded with soft tires. For the Indy race modify the transmission to max speed around 400km/h
  • A better option than the Zonda in A-Spec might be the Cheverolette Corvette ZR1 09, you will need to race modify it and buy all the upgrades, but then you have a killer car! This video shows tuning instructions.
  • Mazda 787B with stage 3 turbo easily wins all races, and actually most in the entire extreme series where allowed entry.
  • Also the Formula Gran Turismo makes light work of this class in A-Spec, its an expensive investment (5,000,000Cr at Online Dealership and sometimes rarely in UCD) but it will knock out several classes in Extreme series with ease in A-Spec as well as the Indy 500 in Endurance series and eventually you need one anyways for the Formula class. As an added bonus it can decimate several of the unrestricted B-Spec races early on, AND the Indy course section of this class is easy cash with the Formula, 70,000cr (before online bonus) for 3:20 of racing.
B-Spec choices
  • Use the Minolta Toyota 88C-V Race Car '89 you won in A-Spec
