Restrictions
You may enter any of the races in the Sunday Cup immediately, as it is open from Level 0. The race is unrestricted in A-spec, however in B-spec, the following restrictions apply to your choice of car:
Tires | Unrestricted () / Sports:Hard () |
---|
Recommended Car
If you chose a relatively sensible first car, it should be good enough to take on the Sunday Cup. If you're struggling to get the win, try spending some of the prize money you earn on tuning your car. If you chose something very slow to start with, then now might be the time to get going on the licences - the prize for completing the A licence with Bronze trophies is the Nissan mm-R Cup Car '01 - this will easily see you through the Sunday Cup.
For B-spec, it's a little trickier - chances are your driver is at level 0 and as such is a terrible driver. Giving him your first car is likely to require a lot of attempts to build up experience before he gets the win. Alternatively, leave B-spec a little while and come back when there's something better in your garage. Then just constantly tell him to Decrease Pace and he'll walk the event.
