Template:Series disambig Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (逆転裁判 蘇る逆転 Gyakuten Saiban: Yomigaeru Gyakuten lit. Turnabout Trial: Revived Turnabout?) is an adventure game first released on the Game Boy Advance in Japan as 逆転裁判 (Gyakuten Saiban lit. Turnabout Trial). The game was later released worldwide on the Nintendo DS with additional touch and voice features, as well as a new fifth episode, "Rise from the Ashes". The fifth episode contains features exclusive for the DS, that are later used in a future game of the series. The Game Boy Advance version was later re-released for Windows.
You play as Phoenix Wright, a rookie attorney, who takes on a number of different cases in order to defend his clients and ultimately find them Not Guilty. In order to find your clients Not Guilty, you will find yourself investigating crime scenes, speaking to people involved and cross-examining witnesses.
