Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness/Chapter 3: The Scream

Outlaws

The right of the 2 boards on the guild's first floor will list mission about Outlaw Pokémon. Outlaws are bad Pokémon which you will need to fight with to complete the mission. Sometimes you also have to retrieve an item they drop, so leave a space in your bag.

Loudred will wake you up like always. Go to the lobby and Chatot will ask you to follow him. You'll go to the bulletin board again, but this time he goes to the right one.
After explaining the outlaw missions to you, he'll summon Bidoof to give you a tour around Treasure Town.

Treasure Town

Main article: Treasure Town After showing you some stuff, Bidoof will leave you to hang out in Treasure Town. Many of the functions there will not work just yet. Your partner will insist on going to the Kecleon Market. Go there (it's in the western part of Treasure Town). The Kecleon Market is a stand with 2 Kecleons standing there, a green one and a purple one. Buy items if you want, and leave the store. Once you do so, You'll see an Azurill and a Marill buying an Apple from the Kecleon brothers.
