The Leviathan is like, the Godzilla of vehicles. It has massive armor, and devastating firepower. It is most effective when fully manned, but that leaves few players left to protect nodes.

Besides the pilot seat, there are four turrets capable of being manned by individual players. Each one is set at a different corner of the vehicle, and each has a different weapon.

The individul turrets each have 1000 health points and can be destroyed separately without destroying the vehicle. Damage done to a turret is also done to the Leviathan itself. If a player's turret is destroyed, the player dies.

Movement[edit]

Normal movement keys are usable from the pilot position to move forward, backward, left or right. The jump key deploys the Leviathan's stationary mode, which locks it to the ground but enables its devastating secondary attack. During the period when the Leviathan is deploying or un-deploying to stationary mode, the pilot weapons cannot be fired.

Primary Fire[edit]

Pilot[edit]

Primary fire for the pilot is a stinger-shard cannon that fires rather slowly but does lots of damage.

Gunner #1[edit]

Primary fire for gunner #1 is a laser turret with a fast rate of fire and moderate damage.

Gunner #2[edit]

Primary fire for gunner #2 is a rocket turret with a slow rate of fire and heavy damage.

Gunner #3[edit]

Primary fire for gunner #3 is a minigun-type of turret that resembles the secondary fire of the stinger, but faster and more powerful.

Gunner #4[edit]

Primary fire for gunner #4 is a skymine turret similar to the Hellbender, but without the secondary fire to detonate them.

Secondary Fire[edit]

Pilot[edit]

Secondary fire for the pilot zooms in on the target, increasing aiming ability but reducing peripheral vision.

Gunners[edit]

Secondary fire for all gunners brings up a shield for a few seconds that prevents damage from that side. The shield must briefly recharge before being used again.

Special Abilities[edit]

The ion cannon is accessed through using the jump key to enter stationary mode. Fire the ion cannon by picking a target and holding down the primary fire key while the power builds up and eventually releases. Use the secondary fire key to unlock your cursor to aim at another target. You need to target the ground or an object with the ion cannon, and then the splash damage will emanate out from there.

Strategies & Tactics[edit]

  • As cool as this bad boy is, you can't commit your whole team to it and win at Warfare; put someone in the driver's seat, and someone as a gunner to switch between the various gunner spots depending on where enemies approach -- the rest of the team is on orb duty
  • It works great as a distraction with one person in it using the ion cannon to attack choke points; while the enemy is dedicating three to four players to take it out, your players should be taking over nodes
  • Be very careful not to leave it vacant once you have it and risk losing it to the enemy; worst case scenario drive it to the closest node set it up and blast away knowing you'll die; at least you'll occupy the enemy and let your other players run free
