Gathering information
Ask around about the Urali. Nobody knows exactly where they live. Anyway, Apaton of the Yolaru, Aloron and his Kurak tribesmen know that an exiled Urali shaman lives in the north. | ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

The Barrab village
![](http://cdn.wikimg.net/en/strategywiki/images/b/be/SavageEmpire_map_v06_Barrab.png)
The Barako and Barrab villages are as far as they could be from each other. From the Barako village, follow the road all the way south, then west to the Disquiqui village, then continue east. Where the road ends, keep walking south-west along the river. Cross the ford, and you are at the foot of the Barrab mesa. Walk around it either way: the stairs up are on its west side.

The Sakkhra caves
The Kotl Moongates
It is now time to travel all the way back to the Barako village, that is pretty much at the opposite end of Eodon valley.
Luckily, there is a faster way. You probably spotted already the strange blue plate near the way up the Barrab mesa: it is a Kotl teleporting device. It corresponds to the Moongates in the previous Ultima titles, therefore it will be called here Kotl Moongate.
Step on any Kotl Moongate, and you will be teleported to the hub, where seven moongates link to seven different locations. Of course, there is none that connects to the Urali village: it would be too easy!
Exit the Sakkhra caves and walk all the way west, then south, and enter the Kotl Moongate there. In the Moongate hub step on the plate that teleports near the Barako village.

Eight unlabeled hatches are definitely reminiscent of the classic Mega Man series.
