Halo 3 is an immersive war FPS that was released on September 25, 2007. The game features metrics from both Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2, namely, the return of the pistol and the assault rifle. The first stage of the game is titled "Sierra 117", as confirmed in the second episode of Bungie's official Podcast.
