Important Note: This walkthrough has been made for the 3DS version of the Master Quest. Therefore, if you have the N64, GCN or Wii version, this might be a bit difficult since the whole map is in Mirror Image. However, if you mirror left and right, the walkthrough is still be usable for non-3DS versions.

Spirit Temple

You must have the Gerudo Token, Hover Boots and the Lens of Truth in order to have access to the desert.

Adult Link

First enter the Spirit Temple with Adult Link and equip your Megaton Hammer. There are three boulders in this room. One is by each snake statue and one is behind the one on the left. With your Megaton Hammer, smash the ones on the lower level and do not bother taking the Silver Rupees. Then smash the one on the upper level. An eye switch will be visible. Shoot it with your Fairy Bow. A chest will appear. Now there will be two chests on the upper platform. Open them and receive the items. The following messages are on the snake statues.

Power of Silver

If you want to travel in the future, you should return here with the power of silver from the past.

"If you want to proceed in the past, you should return here with the pure heart of a child"

Exit the building and you will encounter Sheik. She (he) will teach you a new song:

The Requiem of Spirit:

Now play the Prelude of Light and warp to the Temple of Time. Then pull out the Master Sword and proceed.

Young Link

Play the Requiem of Spirit and warp to the Desert Colossus. Now go into the Spirit Temple. Talk to Nabooru and say that you are doing nothing. She will then ask you to find the Silver Gauntlets.
