If you have file 3 set to 0% and file 2 is empty, then hold {{n64|L}} then press in order of {{n64|Up|C}}, {{n64|Up|C}}, {{n64|R}}, {{n64|Right|C}}, {{n64|Left|C}} and {{n64|Start}} on the HAL Laboratory splash screen, file 3 will have everything unlocked. Because Wii VC doesn’t have any inputs mapped to the C buttons, this code cannot be used there
