Here are the new units the protoss will get in Heart of the Swarm.
New units
Replicant
This unit will copy non-massive air and ground units including Siege tanks and their siege mode and Banshees and their Cloaking.
This unit is basically a technology thief all because it copies almost any enemy units but they are to costly to mass produce.
Tempest
New Capital ship that does splash damage to air units and fires a beam at ground units.
Removed units
The Carrier and Motherships will be removed from Multiplayer.
Modified Structures and Units
The Nexus gains new abilities.
The Phoenix will receive some changes due to players concern about the effectiveness on fighting massed mutas in multiplayer games.
