For the most part, getting the best weapon is a matter of buying the one at the most recent city, but sometimes, you can get a better one for free with a little exploring or hard work. Materia growth is another important factor in weapon choice.

Note: Sale price is half of cost - so a listed cost does not necessarily mean you can buy the weapon anywhere. All weapons are listed in order of attack power, from least to greatest.

Characters are sorted by the same order they join the party.

Weapons can be sold for half of their price. Weapons whose price is 0 (found only) can be sold for 1 Gil.
