Hammer of Dawn
The Hammer of Dawn is an orbital laser painter. Hold the laser on an unobstructed piece of ground for a few seconds to fire. This weapon must be obtained for use in multiplayer.
Bolo Grenade
Frag Grenade
Standard hand-thrown explosive, press "B" to "stick" grenade to a target. Must be obtained for use in multiplayer.
Smoke Grenade
Standard smoke grenade used for concealed movement. Press "B" to "stick" it to foes to make them smoky. This is a default multiplayer weapon. Not available in the Single Player campaign.
Troika Gun Turret
Mostly present in Single Player campaign, the Troika is a powerful, high rate of fire stationary gun with unlimited ammunition. Available in the "War Machine" level in multiplayer.

Gears of War is a series of Third-person shooter games developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios. The games have been released initially for the Xbox 360, with an eventual port to Windows, as is common with many titles published by Microsoft. The games include a full Single-player campaign, as well as Multiplayer (including co-op play through the campaign).
The games have been praised for solid execution, a well-developed engine, and being well-polished. However, many reviewers have cautioned that there's little new to be found, the games are simply very well-executed and enjoyable examples of their genre.
