There will be a cutscene where two black cars arrive at boat before going on nearby boats. Destroy the boats with a minigun before waiting a little while. After a few moments a wall of boats will block the boat. Consider dystorying the wall with a minigun, two boats on the side of the wall will surround you if you don't destroy them fast enough. Then, two armed mavericks will appear, followed by a hunter.
