Road Kill
Grab a car and follow the blip on your map to reach the target. Speed up and slam into him to knock him off his scooter, then just get out and shoot him, mission complete!
Waste the Wife
Get a fast but strong vehicle recommended inferno and make your way to the starting point. Try and only crash your target or your vehicle will be destroyed.
