Billy hoped he would get to challenge The Lone Wolves ([[The King of Fighters Orochi Collection/Characters/Terry|Terry Bogard]], [[The King of Fighters Orochi Collection/Characters/Andy|Andy Bogard]] and [[The King of Fighters Orochi Collection/Characters/Joe|Joe Higashi]]) and get revenge for the defeat of his Boss Geese in [[Fatal Fury: King of Fighters|Fatal Fury 1]]. He joined with a ninja named [[The King of Fighters Orochi Collection/Characters/Kisaragi|Eiji Kisaragi]] and a mysterious man named [[The King of Fighters Orochi Collection/Characters/Iori|Iori Yagami]].
