Below is a complete list of all armors that are accessible to the player (there are some armors that only NPCs can wear). The modifier (see the table to the right) determines the quality of a garment. The higher an armor's head/body/leg values the better the protection it will offer, but this is offset by its increased cost and weight.

Certain body armors provide protection to both the torso and the legs. When such an item is modified by a prefix (see right), the value modification is applied to both areas; i.e. a "Lordly" prefix would provide +6 armor to both the torso AND the legs, if applicable.

These tables are raw data extracted from item_kinds1.txt using the M&B Item Editor. In practise, merchants will normally charge more for armor they sell and pay less for those they buy. Putting points in Trade will bring these amounts closer to the item's true value.
