- Donovan Baine: Dhampir and a Vampire Hunter seeking redemption for the lost soul of a little girl. Voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama
- Hsien-Ko: Hopping corpse (Jiang-shi, or more typically "Chinese Vampire") trying to put an end to madness (Lei-Lei in Japan). Voiced by Michiko Neya

- Baby Bonnie Hood: Human bounty hunter based on "Little Red Riding Hood" hiding a sinister dark side (Bulleta in Japan). Voiced by Miyuki Matsushita
- Jedah Dohma: Dark Messiah, with Grim Reaper similarities, trying to unite the demon world to one consciousness. Voiced by Isshin Chiba
- Lilith: Succubus and younger "sister" of Morrigan, created from one third of the latter's soul, seeking completeness. Voiced by Hiroko Konishi
- Q-Bee: Bee-based monster known as "Soul Bee", drawn into conflict. Voiced by Miyuki Matsushita
Secret characters[edit | edit source]
- Dee: An exclusive hidden character in the secret arranged modes of Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection, he is a combination of Demitri and Donovan.
- Marionette: A puppet that mimics it's opponent.
- Oboro Bishamon: An alternate version of Bishamon who takes control of, and commands the cursed armor as opposed to the other way around.
- Shadow: Shadow creature that takes the character of the defeated enemy.
