Here is a list of locations where some agents are located. It is by no means complete, and some details may be slightly off. By all means, feel free to correct if you see something that isn't right.
- In Guadosalam: there is a private residence where a guy, Pah Guado, sits... you can scout him if you want; he's okay, but nothing special. - In Luca: when you get off the Djose highroad and go down all the stairs to the circular area where it looks like there's little vendors and such, there's a little boy running around the benches. Scout his mom, Shaami, who is sitting on the benches. She has an excellent attack, and a not-too-bad shooting and defense, either. - When you first get the airship after wandering around in the desert and going through the ruins of the Al Bhed Home, the pilot is an agent, and so is Rin.
