Star 2: Storming the Sky Fleet
Upon arriving at this galaxy, go down the warp pipe to appear on the underside of the planet. Spin against the bouncing bushes to defeat the Chain Chomps. The second Chomp clockwise from the warp pipe has a key to unlock the Luma Launch Star.
On the next planet, Bullet Bills will come toward you. Walk towards them and to the underside of the planet to find a doorway inside the glass. Confined to a two-dimensional puzzle, go right past the Mid-point Flag until you fall down (and around). Keep right to land on the platform above the Rock Shooter. Continue to the right, using the cogs to reach the Launch Star on the bottom right. There is also a time-trial warp above this platform.
Tag the Mid-point Flag and touch each one of the Question Blocks to turn them yellow. Pause at 6 to let the Bullet Bill pass.

Avoid your Clones on the next set of color-changing tiles to reveal the Launch Star.

The next Mid-point Flag precedes a gauntlet of Bullet Bills. Avoid the mud in front of the second cannon and make your way toward the Star Bit path. Use the bouncing bushes to defeat the larger Piranha Plant and retrieve a Key to unlock the Power Star. Carefully retrace your steps down the path toward the Power Star.
Time-Trial Warp
Grab the Rainbow Mario power up and defeat all of the Rock Shooters. Collect the Star Bits and the Three 1UP Mushrooms.
