Tengu Man is weak against Ground Man's Spread Drill.
Tengu Man stays mostly at the top of the screen. Hit it easily when he stops and comes down for an attack.
Tornado Hold: Tengu Man stops and comes down to the middle of the screen; he throws a green tool that creates a tornado and tries to drag you into a bottomless pit; just keep jumping to avoid it.
Tengu Blade: Tengu Man stops and comes down to the floor of the screen; he charges up and performs the attack; hit him with a Spread Drill before he does.
Lash: Tengu Man quickly lashes across the lower part of the screen, trying to hit you; you can either jump over him, or stop him with a Spread Drill (this attack is reminiscent of Storm Eagle from Mega Man X1).
