Thief's Hideout
  • This room is the fifth in the game to be divided into two sections. Ki and Gil will enter through the door at the bottom-right of the right section, which contains six Dark Yellow Slimes. The key at the top-right of the right section opens the aforementioned door at the bottom-right of the right section, and the key at the top-left of the right section opens the door at the top-left of the right section. That aforementioned door at the bottom-right of the right section leads back to Goblin's Lair (Room Pass: DC2) - and the door at top-left of this section leads to the left section (Room Pass: still 7V2).
  • If Ki and Gil went through the door at the top-left of the right section, they will re-enter through the door at top-right of the left section, which contains five Blue Eye Knights (which take 82 hits and have blue visors) and one Black Captain Knight (which takes 142 hits and has a yellow visor). The key at the left of the left section opens the door at the left of the left section (there is no key for the aforementioned door up at top-right of the left section). The door at the left of the left section, like the one at the top-right of Private Alter and the one at the bottom-left of Upward Passway, leads to Quox's Labyrinth (Room Pass: 7C7). You should remember this Room Pass, even though Quox himself will not appear in game for twenty-one more rooms.
