The most prominent feature of [[The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask]] are the many masks that can be obtained throughout the game. Certain masks you will acquire automatically through the main progression of the story and others must be found by way of exploration and sidequests. In total, there are 29 masks in the game. Each mask has its own unique properties which can help you achieve certain tasks during the game.
The world of Termina

This section lists the masks of the game in detail. Listed for each mask will be the properties of the mask when worn, location where you acquire the mask, requirements you will need to obtain the mask, how to get the mask, and some masks will have common uses listed. Each mask will be labeled as either required or optional. Required means that the mask must be obtained to finish the game. Masks will be listed by type, and in the order in which you're able to obtain them.
