Sound Test
To unlock Sound Test mode, you must first unlock all 25 playable characters and all 29 maps.
Score Display
The Score Display is an option for Time Battles in VS Mode. When the option is switched ON, each player's current score will be displayed at the bottom of the screen above their damage percentage. To unlock this option, you must accumulate a total of 5,000 KO's in VS Mode.
Special Trophies
There are several trophies which will only be awarded when certain conditions are met, such as completing All-Star Mode with all twenty-five characters. Below are some of the more difficult-to-get trophies.
- Diskun: Unlock all 251 bonus awards (i.e. "Stiff Knees," "Half-Minute Man").
- Master Hand: Clear Classic Mode on Hard or Very Hard with no continues.
- Crazy Hand: Clear Adventure Mode on Hard or Very Hard with no continues.
- Mew: Clear All-Star Mode on Hard or Very Hard mode (continues are allowed).
