The majority of the game's plot is centered around Bullworth Academy, an exclusive private boarding school.
School rules[edit]
Breaking these rules will get you in trouble with the prefects, teachers and police, so beware the long arm of the law.
There are three levels of offence, ranging from Minor through Serious to Major. Minor offences will get you caught by prefects and the police, but you're still able to escape. Major offences will result in an instant Bust for the prefects and police. In the mental asylum in Blue Skies or the retirement home in OBV, you will be caught by Orderlies.
Bullying[edit]
- Minor offence
Humiliating another student or stuffing them in a locker/trashcan.
Curfew[edit]
- Minor offence
If you're outside the boys' dorm after 11 pm, you're breaking curfew. Both the prefects on-campus and the police in the town will bust you for this.You will be sent to your dorm if you get caught.
Misconduct[edit]
- Minor offence
Breaking general rules, like riding a skateboard inside. Only prefects will bust you for this.
Lockpicking[edit]
- Minor offence
Picking the lock on someone else's locker. Only prefects will bust you for this. Break and enter and theft also carry the same consequences.
Dress code[edit]
- Minor offence
Not wearing your school uniform or any school clothing. Prefects will bust you for this, but the police won't take any notice. You will not be punished for a dress code offence.
Truancy[edit]
- Serious offence
Skipping class. Both prefects and police will bust you for breaking this rule.You will be forced to take part in the class you are skipping.
Trespassing[edit]

If you are caught trespassing in the school buildings after 7PM, or are caught in the grounds of the retirement home or mental asylum, you will be busted by prefects or orderlies and thrown out.
