If getting about on your feet isn't fast enough for you, there are several different vehicles available to make traveling less time-consuming.
Skateboard
Received for completing the Defend Bucky mission.
You can select the skateboard by cycling through your weapons, or by pressing 
and 
together. Put it away by selecting any other weapon.

Bikes
Bikes are stored in garages, similar to those in the GTA series. Each garage can only store two bikes - one which you've bought, and a BMX that you'll earn by completing Shop classes.
You can buy bikes at the bike stores in the main town from Chapter 2 onwards. The BMX will automatically be added to your garage when you pass Shop 1, and upgraded on completion of the other classes.
The garage is also used to store your scooter, which replaces the bought bike.

Go kart
The go-kart is unlocked by completing all races at the Carnival, and then completing all the go-kart street races.
