Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic

I've finished creating all the templates I believe are necessary to complete the walkthrough. In most cases I'm confident that any future changes can be made simply by editing the templates themselves, but there are a few I'd like double-checked before I proceed:

  • {{KotOR/Hide}} is the head of a collapsible table which in turn hides tables of dialog which is optional or unaffected by choices made. It doesn't include the contents of this collapsible table so it needs to be closed with |} (see it in use on the Manaan page). I don't think this is a problem, but if it is I'm not sure how to solve it.
  • {{KotOR/Merchant}} is similar, being the head of a merchant's inventory table whose contents aren't included in the template (see it in use for this merchant).
  • {{KotOR}} is meant to simplify links to page sections so that when section name and label are the same, they don't both need to be present. I realize this isn't strictly necessary for guide pages (since [[Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic/ can be replaced with [[../, and the label doesn't always match the section name), but I was thinking a template like this would also be useful for talk pages, or for games with expansions (Diablo II and Diablo II: Lord of Destruction being the most pertinent example for me).
  • {{KotOR/Damage}} is... fine, but the game doesn't have icons for damage types and I'm not particularly happy with some of my choices from those available: I may simplify it by using a Force Barrier icon for physical damage types and an Energy Resistance icon for others, and only use the labels to differentiate between them.

If there are any issues with these (or any other templates), let me know what I can do to fix them. I should be able to get the walkthrough completed by the end of this year if I work consistently over the next few months. Thanks in advance Onderduiker (talk) 22:38, 24 September 2015 (UTC)

Just out of curiosity, how is {{KotOR}} different from {{~}}? Procyon 00:05, 25 September 2015 (UTC)
I wasn't aware of that template (thanks!), but while it simplifies links to subpages within the same project, it doesn't do so for sections of those pages: I can use {{KotOR}} (/Link now removed to simplify it) to link to the Concussion Grenade section of the Grenades page, even on pages like this which are not within the same project.
