Joining SEIWA
The Square-Enix Inter-Wiki Alliance has been recently formed, and we're discussing the possibility of StrategyWiki joining them as a member (similar to our membership in NIWA). Do you guys think it would be a good idea? -- Prod (Talk) 20:00, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
- No objections. --Moydow T · C 20:23, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
- Agreed, I think it would be great! Procyon 21:48, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
- How has NIWA changed things for us? Have we seen a pickup in traffic? Any cross-wiki editorship? Have our partners seen increased traffic? Have any guides on either our or our partners' sites been improved?
- I've got no objections to joining another alliance, as it can't hurt. Just wondering what benefits we've seen from this sort of partnership. — najzereT 09:44, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
- We've seen a few referrals from them, and I assume they've seen some referrals from us. Thought it's mostly been with our "partners" rather than the other NIWA members. It's also put us in touch with a lot of other gaming wikis. We would never have gotten in touch with the Metroid Wiki guys without it, and I have seen edits by some of their members here. -- Prod (Talk) 16:58, 21 February 2012 (UTC)
- Cool, I guess the thing to do is keep expanding the network. — najzereT 02:24, 22 February 2012 (UTC)
- Sounds like a sweet idea to me. --WarioTalk 10:14, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

- I think we should do this. --Workster 14:50, 4 March 2012 (UTC)
- It couldn't hurt for more exposure. I did want to note the handful of times I've seen NIWA mentioned in a blog we have been mentioned too. --Zaiqukaj 11:59, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- Just out of curiousity, what credit of games does Square-Enix has because I never really heard it before? I like to join but I don't know what it's about. Don't get the wrong idea but I'm new to it. Johnnyauau2000 16:47, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- It was a merge of Square and Enix to make Square Enix. Together they have published a ton of good games. -- Prod (Talk) 23:11, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- I like to help but I have no knowledge of say Final Fantasy and mainly others that came from Japan. I'll pass until I find a more familiar ground. Maybe next time. Sorry I asked. Johnnyauau2000 05:47, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
- As the de facto leader of SEIWA, I would like to thank everyone for their feedback on this topic. Tacopill 00:34, 10 March 2012 (UTC).
