Once the background has reappeared and Beraboh Man's energy bar has refilled at the bottom of the screen, he will plunge into the water and change into his fish-like underwater form once again. The rocks you will encounter during this stage are harmless - but if Beraboh Man gets trapped between one and the left side of the screen, it will slowly drain his energy. Once you have passed through the gap at the top of the first rock wall, three Kurage will be waiting to swim up and attack you from below as you pass over them. An Ika will also drop down on you from above as you pass under its hiding position, and two rock-mounted Isogin will be firing spiked balls at you. Shortly after, you will have to deal with four more Ika dropping down on you as you pass under their hiding places, along with three Umihebi swimming up and attacking you from below as you pass over them. Three more Kurage will also swim by at the top of the screen as you contend with the three Tamashii that are homing in on you and the Maimai Man who is firing spiked balls at you as he walks along the ocean floor. Once you have killed them all and passed through the gap in the middle of the second rock wall, there are two Doragon moving up and down in a fixed position. Two Shells will also be waiting to swim up and attack Beraboh Man from below in the same manner as the Umihebi after he has passed through the gap at the top of the third rock wall - and once you have passed through the gap at the bottom of the fourth rock wall, a Kame and a Gupi will appear just before a rock formation with a zig-zagging gap in the middle of it. Once you have made it to the other side, two Tatsunoko will be moving up and down in a fixed position just before a Tako approaches you at the top of the screen. Four more Shells will also be waiting to swim up and attack you from below on the left side of a rock staircase leading upwards - and two more Isogin will be firing spiked balls at you from their positions on the right side of the staircase leading downwards. There is also a zig-zagging rock formation at the top of the screen on this side, and another Ika will drop down on you from above as you pass under its hiding position just before you the gap in the middle of the fifth and final rock wall. Just before the end of the stage, you will meet up with the King of Atlantis for the first time. He is protected by four of his minions, who attack Beraboh Man by throwing spiked balls at him and each take five hits to kill. Once you have destroyed them all, the King will retreat. After you have collected the Onigiri powerup, Beraboh Man will proceed to the eighth stage - which is the second of the Ninja Dojo variety.
Once the background has reappeared, and Beraboh Man's energy bar has refilled at the bottom of the screen, he will plunge into the water, and change into his fish-like "underwater form" for the second time in the game; the rocks that you will encounter during this stage are harmless, but if Beraboh Man gets trapped between one and the left side of the screen, it will slowly, but surely, drain his energy. Once you have passed through the gap at the top of the first rock wall, you will come to three Kurage that are waiting on the ocean floor - and once you have dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, an Ika will drop down on you, from the surface of the ocean. Once you've fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, you'll come to two rock-mounted Isogin that are firing spiked balls at you; once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them, four more Ika will drop down on you from the surface of the ocean. Once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, you will come to three Umihebi, that are waiting on the ocean floor - and once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them, three more Kurage will also swim by, at the top of the screen. Once you've fired a missile at each of them to kill them, three Tamashii will start swimming towards you; once you've fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on each of them to kill them, you will come to a Maimai Man who is firing spiked balls at you while walking along the ocean floor. Once you have fired a missile at (or dropped a depth charge on) him to kill him and passed through the gap in the middle of the second rock wall, you will come to two Doragon, that are moving up and down in a fixed position - and once you have fired a missile at (or dropped a depth charge on) both of them to kill them and passed through the gap at the top of the third rock wall, you will come to two Shells that are waiting on the ocean floor. Once you have dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them and passed through the gap at the bottom of the fourth rock wall, a Kame and a Gupi will appear on the right side of the screen and start firing more spiked balls at you; once you've fired three missiles at or dropped three depth charges on each of them to kill them, and passed through a downwardly zigzagging gap in the middle of a rock formation, you'll come to two Tatsunoko that are moving up and down in a fixed position while firing spiked balls at you - and once you have fired a missile at both of them to kill them, a Tako will approach you at the top of the screen, before firing a spiked ball at you and retreating off the right side of the screen. Once you have fired a missile at him to kill him, you will come to four more Shells, that are waiting on the left side of a rock staircase leading upwards - and once you've dropped a depth charge on each of them to kill them you will come to two more Isogin that are firing spiked balls at you from their position on the right side of the staircase leading downwards. Once you have dropped a depth charge on both of them to kill them and are passing under another rock formation at the top of the screen, another Ika will drop down on you from its hiding position on the second rock formation; once you have fired a missile at or dropped a depth charge on it to kill it, and passed through the gap in the middle of the fifth and final rock wall, you will meet up with the King of Atlantis for the first time. He will speak that Hiragana/Katakana text of Washi ga Atoranchisu Daiō ja. (わしがアトランチスだいおうじゃ.) to Beraboh Man once he has sighted him and is protected by four of his henchmen, who will attack by throwing spiked balls at Beraboh Man and take five hits to kill - and once you have killed all four, he will speak the Hiragana/Katakana text Yokumo kobun wo koroshita na! Kono kataki ha kitto, toru. (よくもコブンをころしたな! このかたきはきっと、とる.) to Beraboh Man before retreating off the right side of the screen. Once Beraboh Man has collected the sole Onigiri powerup to restore some of his energy, the "stage clear" theme will be heared from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a seventh time and he will proceed to the eighth stage; not only is that one the second of the Ninja Dojo variety, but it also introduces a boss character who will later get a game of his own.
