Chrono Trigger > Locations of Power, Magic, and Speed Tabs
In general Tabs appear as blinking blue dots somewhere in the game which can be collected by just touching them with A, although some of them can be obtained by other means, and a few of them can be charmed from monsters.
Power Tabs
1. Guardia Forest in 600 A.D. In the bottom right corner of the forest, there are two blinking blue dots. The bottom right one just leads to a monster fight, the other one is a power tab.
