Stats

Str- Str isn't really needed for a High Wizard. The only thing it would be needed for would be when your farming for items and need to hold quite a bit. I suggest only putting some extra points in here if you can spare them.

Vit- Vit is a big part of your stats as well. Being a High Wizard means that you will no doubt attempt to take on multiple enemy at once (i know i do ^_^) You will need a good amount of Vit so that you will be able to survive in mass hoards of enemy while rapidly casting storm gust and jupital thunder :P

Int- Do you really have to ask? Int is the foundation for all High Wizards it not only increases your magic attack but you magic defense as well. You should try your best to completely max out your Int stat.

Dex- Dex is a must have as well, Dex increases your chances of inflicting damage on the enemy right? Well it has another purpose for High Wizards. Once you have your Dex high enough you will enable Instant Cast (that's right no more waiting to see things go explodie ^_^)

Luk- Luk isn't really needed all that much. Yes i would recomend putting some points in it but that's about it Luk will increase your Dodge rate in a pinch and also increases your odds slightly on drop rates.
