Play as Galford's Dog Poppy (X-Box, PS2):
At the character select screen, hold down start and choose Galford.
Play as Galford's Dog Poppy (Arcade, NeoGeo):
At the character select screen, highlight Galford and enter the following sequence:
+ (any button)
Enable Red Blood (NeoGeo Home Version):
Go to the Options menu, highlight 'Exit' and press 
and 
at the same time.
