We once again start by Wilson's documenting and narration. He expresses that among the cases that he has documented over the 19th century, one catches his eye the most: A murder in a carriage, with multiple witnesses to the murder claiming only the victim and the initial suspect being the only ones inside the cabin at the time of the murder. Wilson then recalls the horrendous conclusion to what was supposedly a very open-and-shut case. Wilson then quotes Sholmes about how this particular case was only the beginning of the endeavor that him and 'that impressive Japanese student' were set to have. An anime cutscene follows, showing Ryunosuke and Susato boarding off a train in London. Spending a few moments in awe of the capital's beautiful sight, they request a carriage to take them to the British Supreme Court. The driver welcomes the pair to London and hopes them to enjoy their stay
