Achieving 100% completion in Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City requires you to meet a number of conditions across different areas.

Requirements

Missions

• Complete the main story missions with IV, TLaD and TBoGT
• Complete all 15 the random characters missions with IV, TLaD and TBoGT (except from Jeff Harlingford, Cherise Glover, Ivan Bytchkov, Clarence Little and Brian Jeremy)
• Complete all 10 of Little Jacob's deliveries
• Deliver 10 Exotic Export cars to Brucie
• Deliver 30 Car Thefts to Stevie
• Complete all Most Wanted missions from the police computer
• Complete 20 Current Crimes from the police computer
• Complete all 9 assassinations
• Deliver 10 Angus Bikes Thefts to Angus
• Complete all 5 Thomas Stubbs' Dirty Laundry to Stubbs
• Complete all 8 Club Management to Joni

Social

• Visit each activity at least once with Niko Bellic, Johnny Klebitz and Luis Lopez
• Meet all potential friends and unlock their special abilities with Niko, Johnny and Luis (except from Roman Bellic, Dwayne Forge and Jim Fitzgerald)
• Win against any friend at least once at Pool, Arm Wrestling, Bowling, Air Hockey, Golf and Darts
