Guild shop items

There are two guild shops in Britannia. Efram's shop is in the town of Britain, the town where the game starts. Budo's shop is in Buccaneer's Den, a location that can be reached much later.

All the items sold by Efram and Budo can be found for free in dungeons. You will need to buy them only if you run out of some.

Food

Characters can eat food before resting. If a character eats any one portion of food and then slleps a sufficient amount of hours, his/her health points will be partially replenished. If a character has no food before he/she goes to sleep, nothing will happen.

Many characters in Britannia sell different kinds of food. Furthermore, Zeke in Empath Abbey sells honey, and if you use a fishing pole near the water, there is a chance to catch a fish. There are locations in dungeons where you can get free food, and some defeated enemies will drop some food, too.

Sort the table by "Food", and the best deals will get at the top.

  • NOTE: because of a bug, characters can eat butter as if it was food, instead of eating honey. Honey cannot be eaten at all.

Aside from food, there are drinks. These items are useless, though. Although it may sounds weird, characters do not drink anything during meals (not even water). If you "Use" several bottles on a character, he/she will get drunk.

  • NOTE about virtues: drinking on an empty stomach will make you drunk faster, drinking during a meal or anyway on a full stomach will make you drunk much more slowly, i.e. you can drink a little bit during a meal without getting drunk at all. English language does not help: "having drunk" is totally different from "being drunk"; other languages are much more clear about this.

Sort the table by "Drinks", and the best deals will get at the top.
