ROO

It is said that ROO is a better choice if you do not enjoy HUV (a chasing mission. ROO is for people who often patrol for the Exp and Car Parts.)

ROO members from level 45 through 53 get 3 Exp per Scout Zone (the ROO version of a Patrol Zone) and ROO members that are a higher level get 4 Exp per Scout Zone.

OMD

OMD has some advantages to ROO team including being able to receive HUV chase calls. They can receive Instant Mission calls while ROO cannot. OMD missions generally give more mito than ROO missions however give less exp.
