ROO

It is said that ROO is a better choice if you do not enjoy HUV (a chasing mission. ROO is for people who often patrol for the money (mito). To give a good idea of how much exp is obtained during patrols a level 61 gets 4 exp per patrol spot and 500 for finishing the patrol, whereas anyone from level 50 up to 60 (this may not be correct)gets 3 exp per patrol spot and 450 from finishing the patrol.

OMD

OMD has some advantages to ROO team like they can still do HUV chase missions They can get any types of calls like do 20 Team races... and ROO can't.
