ROO

The Team ROO Logo
The ROO Special license.

It is said that ROO is a better choice if you do not enjoy HUV chases as they are unable to accept HUV calls (they are still able to participate in HUV chases via party).

Being a ROO is generally associated with Patrolling (Scouting) in order to level as opposed to OMD's HUV chases. ROO members from level 45 through 53 get 3 Exp per Scout Zone (the ROO version of a Patrol Zone) and ROO members that are a higher level get 4 Exp per Scout Zone.

ROO missions give more exp than OMD missions however they give less mito.

The Team ROO Special Licence (pictured at right), is awarded for strong racing in the Battle Zone, repairs 1% of any damage taken when performing reckless driving.

OMD

The OMD Logo
OMD's special license.

OMD has some advantages to ROO team including being able to receive HUV chase calls.

They can receive Instant Mission calls (i.e. Perform 1000 Skill Combos) while ROO cannot.

OMD missions generally give more mito than ROO missions however give less exp.

The OMD Special License is awarded for strong racing in the Battle Zone. When performing reckless driving, there is a 5% chance of a full repair.
