It is said that ROO is a better choice if you do not enjoy HUV (a chasing mission. ROO is for people who often patrol for the money (mito)

OMD

OMD has some advantages to ROO team like they can still do HUV chase missions They can get any types of calls like do 20 Team races... and ROO cant
