ROO

It is said that ROO is a better choice if you do not enjoy HUV (a chasing mission. ROO is for people who often patrol for the money (mito).

ROO members from level 45 through 53 get 3 Exp per Scout Zone (the ROO version of a Patrol Zone) and ROO members that are a higher level get 4 Exp per Scout Zone.

OMD

OMD has some advantages to ROO team like they can still do HUV chase missions They can get any types of calls like do 20 Team races... and ROO can't.
