Found in Mu Lung : Territory of Wandering Bear. Tae Roon uses 2 types of punch attacks against you rather than using a claw like attack used by Pandas and Grizzlies. He can charge an energy ball and fire it at you, which has a somewhat slow charge time but is relatively quick once launched. If he doesn't do this, he punches the ground with great force, knocking you back, and it is unavoidable. When in trouble, he will call Grizzlies to back him up.
