This is an important "key quest" to unlock many future quests. "Drink" from the water by talking to it as you would an NPC.

Completion Requirements	Hunt for 30 Cactus Stems from Jr. Cactus Next, hunt for 50 Cactus Thorns from Cactus Finally, retrieve the ring from the king's Room while avoiding traps.
Notes
You'll need Entry Pass to the Palace to enter Ariant Castle. Go to the right most side of the King's Room. There should be a NPC option on a drawer. Click on it and get a ring. When on the mission to steal the ring, you must move quickly or you will be sent outside of the Palace. Run through the palace while holding or repeatedly hitting the "up" key to utilize hidden warps and reach the end faster.

Location	Strange Guy can be found in The Burning Sands : The Scorching Desert.	Reward		total of 7,800 Experience
Completion Requirements	Talk to Strange Guy Go to The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant and talk to Sirin Go back to The Burning Sands : The Scorching Desert, and press up on the rock to access Hidden Street : Rocky Hill From here, walk past the door while holding up to be prompted for a password. Say "Open Sesame" (Remember the capital 'O' and 'S') to enter. Obtain 4 Small Sacks of Jewelry from the treasure chest. Go back to The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant and enter houses 1, 2, 4, and 6. In each house, find the hidden NPC and leave one of the Sacks. Once you have handed out all 4 sacks, return to Sirin.
Notes
Houses 2, 3, 4, and 6 can be easily distinguished by a circle painted on the door. There are two hidden NPCs in each house, so be sure you have spoken to the right one. The code for the door is Open Sesame (Case sensitive!).

Location	Sirin can be found in The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant.	Reward		5 of one of the following random ores: Emerald Ore, Garnet Ore, Diamond Ore, Sapphire Ore, Lidium Ore, Aquamarine Ore, Topaz Ore, Opal Ore,Amethyst Ore.
Completion Requirements	Talk to Sirin Go to The Burning Sands : The Scorching Desert, and press up on the rock to access Hidden Street : Rocky Hill From here, walk past the door while holding up to be prompted for a password. Give the code to enter. obtain your reward from the chest.
Notes
The code for the door is Open Sesame(Case sensitive!) Choosing Lidium Ore as your reward will help you with later quests.

Completion Requirements	Talk to Jiyur. Go to Ariant Castle and Speak with Schegerazade in the King's Room. Take Schegerazade's Letter back to Jiyur. Collect 20 Cactus's Flower and give them to Schegerazade.
Notes
You will need Entry Pass to the Palace to enter Ariant Castle. Cactus's Flower is dropped by Royal Cactus, found left of town. Lidium Ores are important for other quests, so hang on to them.

This quest is necessary to activate the next 3 quests.

Location	Sejan can be found in The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant.	Reward		Total of 8,000 Experience, 100 White Potions and 100 Mana Elixirs
Completion Requirements	collect 10 apples, 10 eggs, and 50 Carrots Return to Sejan with the collected items. Sejan will give you 4 Wrapped Food. Enter houses 1, 2, 4, and 6. Find one of the Hidden NPCs in each house to drop off the Wrapped Food there. Return to Sejan once you have dropped them all off. Donate 10,000 Mesos to the Sand Bandits by giving it to Sejan.
Notes
Carrots are dropped by Desert Rabbit(M) Desert Rabbits can be found one map right of town. Houses 1, 2, 4, and 6 can be easily distinguished by a circle painted on the door. There are two hidden NPCs in each house, so be sure you have spoken to the right one. It's different from the NPC in the earlier quest.

Location	Adin can be found in The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant.	Reward		Total of 14,250 Experience and 10 Sap of Ancient Tree and 10 Drake's Blood.
Completion Requirements	Kill 100 Bellimoas Return to Adin. Collect 20 Ear Muffs from Earmuff Plead and 20 Scarfs from Scarf Plead, as well as defeating 30 Earmuff Plead and 30 Scarf Plead. Return to Adin and give him the collected items. Talk to him and select his second option. Defeat Adin in battle. Talk to Adin one last time.
Notes
Bellimoa are found near the center of the desert. Earmuff Plead in the maps beyond Bellimoas, and Scarf Plead can only be found in a Hidden Street accessible from The Burning Sands: Dry Desert. Head to the rightmost platform and press up between the two curved rocks to find "Hidden Street: Bellamoa's Cave". In Global, it's the platform immediately to the right of "Strange Guy".

Location	Ereska can be found in The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant.	Reward		Total of 8,450 Experience and 3 Diamond Ore and 3 Adamantium Ore.
Completion Requirements	Talk to Ereska. Go to Ariant Castle : King's room and talk to Schegerazade Access a hidden portal on the left side of Palace Hallway, under a lamp that isn't lit. Steal the Sky Jewel from the Warehouse. Return to Ereska and give her the item. Collect 2 refined Lidium. Return to Ereska one last time.
Notes
The proper treasure Chest from which the Sky Jewel can be obtained makes a slightly different sound when hit. Lidium is a rare ore that only drops from monsters in the Nihal Desert. Muhamad can refine 10 Lidium ores into one Lidium stone. Two full stones are need, making a total of 20 ores.

The Badge may only be obtained once, so don't drop it.

[edit] First Mission of the Sand Bandits

Location	Jano can be found in a secret house on the far right of The Town of Ariant : Town of Ariant.	Reward		Total of 4,000 Experience and Scroll for shoes for DEX 60%.
Completion Requirements	Talk to Tigun outside Ariant Castle. Next, Hunt for 1 Lidium ore from any Ariant monster. Return to Tigun with the collected item. Tigun will trade you Tigun's Beard, which you must take to Jano in order to receive a transformation potion. Use it to transform into Tigun and get the queen's silk from Karcasa. Return to Jano with the silk
Notes
Karcasa can be found at The Burning Sands : Tent of the Entertainers, two maps right of town. It is recommended to use the transformation potion only when you have already reached Karcasa, as getting hit by the Sand Rabbits which run wild along the path to him will undo your transformation. Use a return to town scroll to get back without getting hit.

Completion Requirements	Talk to Byron to receive his letter. Take the letter to your first job instructor.
Notes
This quest mostly serves to remind people who train in Ariant to return to Victoria for their Job Advancement on time.

Completion Requirements	Talk to Sirin. Talk to Muhamad, on the same map. Collect 4 Cat's Eye, 30 Kiyo's Beak, and 5,000 mesos. Give these items to Muhamad to obtain Dancer's Swords. Return to Sirin with the Dancer's Swords.
Notes
Cat's Eye is dropped by Meerkat. Note that it's the etc item not the level 35 earrings. Kiyo's Beak is dropped by Kiyo.

Completion Requirements	Talk to Little Prince. Collect 5 Dew of the Desert/ Desert Mist and take them back to Little Prince. Collect 20 Telescope. Return to The Little Prince Prince with the collected items.
Notes
Dew of the Desert/Desert Mist is dropped at a low rate by Cactus. Telescope is dropped by Meerkat.

Completion Requirements	Talk to Wiz. Go to Ariant and talk to Le Petit Prince. Obtain The Little Maple Prince Storybook from him. Return to Wiz with the storybook.
Notes
While the quest itself is simple enough, it requires a fair amount of travel. you may want to delay doing this quest until it is time to do Sheherazad the Storyteller, and do them both at the same time.

Location	Schegerazade can be found in Ariant Castle : King's Room.	Reward		total of 10,500 Experience.
Completion Requirements	Talk to Schegerazade. Go to Helios Tower and speak to Wiz the Librarian. Return to Schegerazade and obtain Saharazard's Storybook. Take Saharazard's Storybook to Helios tower and trade it to Wiz for Wiz's Storybook. Finally, return to Ariant and give Schegerazade the new storybook.
Notes
You'll need Entry Pass to the Palace to enter Ariant Castle. Helios Tower and Ariant are very far apart, so there is a significant amount of traveling involved in this quest. It may be desirable to delay its' completion until a convenient time.
