Training areas

Upon reaching level 30, the best way to level is by Monster Carnival inside the Dimension Mirror. The Carnival will surely help you reach level 50 without worries. After reaching level 50, you can farm in Scarecrows until level 55. (Scarecrows can be found in New Leaf City through Kerning subway). After reaching 55, the best place is either Toy Trojans or Panda Toys in Rudilibrium. Fight them until you reach level 60, then afterwards head down to the Dimension Mirror and do the party quest fog. Most pq will probably share the kill gaining you 59,999 exp every second run. You do this for a quite a while and them BAM! You just reached level 70! enjoy :)

Alt Training Areas

If 30-40 the mushroom kingdom is a great way to level up quickly. 35-45 head on over to kerning city and do Blakes dream for bit and grab those sweet earrings. If you want super easy exp, but is a little time consuming you ccan head to Nett's Pyramid and do that until you get the badge or the belt. usually average 10-15k of exp every run, and you get scrolls and pots that you can sell. 50-55 there are a bunch of random quests, the easiest is probably the ones in Rudilibrium. Once you reach 55 head over to Oribis to go to Chryse where you can stay as long as you want, but boosts you up to lvl 60 pretty quick. After 60 Dimensional Mirror is the best way to go. before you know it you are cruising at level 70 so congrats.
