The first step to gaining entrance to the Windworks and freeing the little girl's father is to battle the watchman standing at the door. He shouldn't be much trouble, only having a Lv.14 Glameow. Once you beat him, he will run into the windworks in a huff and lock the door behind him. Now, head back into Floaroma Town and battle the two grunts blocking the northern exit. After defeating the grunts, continue onward to battle another set of grunts. They will scramble away. One of the grunts will leave behind the key to the Windworks. Pick up the key, return to the Windworks and open the door. As you make your way through the Windworks, prepare for a couple of grunt battles before you confront the Commander.

After beating Commander Mars, you will be able to travel north through Route 205. The house at the top of the route is a rest stop, so be sure to stop by before going on to Eterna Forest.
