Route 217 has a full blown Blizzard going on. The visibility is bad and the town map doesn't work here. You can only walk here due to deep snow. There are a lot of trainers and items here as well as a special rock in the northeast corner to evolve Eevee into Glaceon when leveled near it.
As soon as you get out of the trees Ace Trainer Dalton is waiting for you. A few steps north of Dalton is a hidden PP Up. To the east of the PP Up are Ninja Boy Antonio and Skier Shawn. Just northeast of Antonio is a hidden Full Heal. Walk all the way west to the trees then north to find Skier Madison. Just north of Madison is a hidden Nugget. Walk back to Ninja Boy Antonio then head north until you see two standalone trees. Once there you will be doing a weaving in and weaving out motion to get the remaining items. Start by going west of the first two trees. You will find an Iron on your way. Just south of the next two standalone trees to the west is a hidden Calcium. Wrap around the standalone trees into the next row and you will see Ninja Boy Ethan hiding. Head east to the next two standalone trees and on your way you'll find TM07 Hail and just south of the TM is a hidden Protein. Wrap around the third standalone trees and there is a hidden Ultra Ball to the east. To the north of the Ultra Ball is a hidden Max Potion. North of the Max Potion is Skier Bjorn. West of Bjorn is a hidden Max Revive. Southwest of the Max Revive is a Max Repel. Continue west and just north of the house is HM08 Rock Climb. Once you obtain the HM go into the house and the Hiker will give you an Icicle Plate. Go back outside and head northwest of where you found the HM and there will be another hidden Ultra Ball. North of that is Skier Lexi. Head east a little then north to find a house. Then woman inside the house will give you a Spell Tag. Go back out then head west and north. When you enter the narrow path you will see Black Belt Luke. Continue following the path and you'll find Ace Trainer Olivia. Keep heading north and you will finally be in Acuity Lakefront and out of the blizzard.
