You might not get as much or any cash because if Freddy falls off the bridge, it spawns where he lands and you probably don't have enough time to get it before it disappears.

Keenan and his gang are located in the four story parking garage.  When you trigger the fight there will be at least one or two perps on the ground floor.  Take them out.  A benefit about the parking garage is that in the stairwell there are Sprunk machines which can help you regain health.  Most of the gangsters (including Keenan are on the top floor.  If you have a RPG in your inventory use it here to quickly take them out.  Collect the cash when you’re done and it’s safe.
