Sonoo Town is the town of Flowers. Thus being so, there is a berry shop in town that will exchange Accessories (for the Pokemon contests) for a certain amount of a certain berry. Also, in the 'foresty' part of town, a guy will sell you Sweet Honey for ¥300.
The route next to it will be closed until you defeat Mars in the Windmill Facility near by. On Fridays, a Drifloon will appear. This is the ONLY time you can catch one, as it's not found anywhere else in the game. (It might also be a once chance pokemon, I'll have to confirm this~StarKirby5)
